ACM 30 Series Small Roller Grinding Mill
This machine is applicable to ultrafine crushing of various brittle materials and it works best for materials with the Mohs’ hardness from 1 to 3. Due to its high rotating speed and large air input volume, this crusher is very suitable for crushing of heat sensitive materials such as synthetic resin, farm chemical, grain, Chinese herbal medicine and food, etc.
Being designed as required by various industries, insert materials used in its main engine include ceramic, stainless steel and carbon steel, etc. Materials used for its cyclone separator and its pipe system include carbon steel and stainless steel.
Working Principle:
Materials are sent through the feed port to the crushing chamber between the crushing part and the shunting ring by the screw feeder; driven by the high-speed rotating disk and hammer within the chamber, the materials are thrown out towards the fixed gear ring on the crushing part, thus they are hit to become powder; after that, under tensile forces from negative-pressure airflow, smaller particles among the crushed materials overcome their own weight, pass over the shunting ring and enter into the classifier chamber between the shunting ring and the classifier wheel. The classifier wheel is composed of vanes; it is driven to rotate by the motor and generates internal-circulation airflow. When the crushed powder tries to pass through the space between the vanes of the classifier wheel, it’ll be affected by three kinds of forces at the same time: they are the centrifugal force, the gravity and the pressure produced by the negative-pressure airflow; only the fine powder whose pressure from the negative-pressure airflow is bigger than the centrifugal force and the gravity can successfully pass through the classifier wheel and enter into the cyclone separator for packaging. While, the large powder, due to its big centrifugal force, is thrown out to the shunting ring and enters into the crushing chamber for re-crushing.

Performance and Advantages:
1. Low energy consumption: Integrating centrifugal crushing, impact crushing and extruding crushing, this machine is more energy-saving and saves up to 40~50% energy than other types of crushers;
2. High fineness: This machine is equipped with automatic divided-flow classification system;
3. Large feeding range: Feed size≤30mm; materials are only required to go through the primary coarse-crush machine;
4. Low abrasion: Cemented carbide wear-resisting materials are used for the quick-wear parts in the crushing part, with long service life; there will be no pollution when processing materials with the Mohs’ hardness ≤5;
5. Strong mechanical stability: It can work unceasingly for up to 24 hours;
6. Complete functions:
It can be used for crushing of needle-shaped materials, reaching a length-diameter ratio of 15:1;
With no temperature rise during the crushing, it is suitable for crushing of heat-sensitive materials;
It can scatter the sintering & agglomerated ultrafine materials, with a recovery rate of up to 100%;
With the function of shaping the particles, it effectively increases the stacking density;
It can be used for crushing of fibre materials;
It can be used for crushing of materials with high water content;
It can be used for crushing of materials with strong viscosity;
7. Negative-pressure production is adopted, being environment-friendly and without dust pollution.
